Our return Policy is as follows:

Within a 15 day period you may return your items. All items must be in new condition, unused and in original packaging. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. We cannot issue a refund for used items.

Upon receiving your items, please inspect them right away to make sure there is no damage and that all parts are there. Contact us with 5 days regarding damaged or missing goods,

Before returning any system or parts, please call us to see if we can resolve the issue. If we cannot solve the problem, we will issue you a Return Authorization number. The return freight cost must be pre-paid. After receiving the product, we will fix or replace the item(s) and ship them back to you. No returns can be accepted with out a Return Authorization number
