The Smart Mist App lets you choose  the time the system is spraying and pausing. When temperatures are cooling, you can control the amount of mist in the air. It is like a thermostat for your patio. The Smart Mist app has a scroll wheel which lets you choose any interval you desire. For Example: 3 seconds on, 5 seconds off, 5 seconds on, 8 seconds off etc. This interval spraying gives  the mist in the air a chance to evaporate before coming on again , thus keeping you cool AND dry.

When temperatures start to cool, the mist will not evaporate as quickly and hence the air will become more saturated with mist.
