If you are reading this, then you are already at least considering a high pressure misting system. There are many great reputable misting companies out there.  Most will be transparent concerning the capacity and limitations of the systems they sell.

By staying within the given parameters of the chart, your system will stay at or near 1000 psi ( Except SM-050E ) See: Balancing Your Pump and Nozzles. This will produce the ultra fine water particles that create the famous evaporative cooling effect that high pressure misters are known for.

When considering any misting system, make sure that the size and quantity of nozzles being provided are correct for the size of pump. If the company does not offer you this information, your 1000 psi system could turn into only a 500 psi system by offering far too many nozzles for the size of pump.
